Automation for the admin.
You keep the decisions.
I set up AI automations for independent businesses: quotes chased, enquiries answered, customers followed up and invoices sent out sooner. Each one does the first draft. A person in your business approves it before anything is sent.
- Nothing sent without your approval
- Your data stays in your own Microsoft 365
01 · What it does
Pick the job that eats your week.
Each automation starts from a working build, so setup means fitting it to how you already work, not a project from scratch. Most businesses start with one.
Trades and construction
- Service BookWorks out which customers are due a boiler service or gas certificate, and drafts the reminders.
- Site-to-QuoteTurns your notes from a site visit into a written scope and a draft price from your own rates.
- Money DeskTracks applications, payment terms and retention, and drafts the chase before money goes overdue.
- Job-to-InvoiceTurns an engineer's job note into invoice lines and shows every finished job not yet billed.
Winning and keeping customers
- Quote KeeperFollows up every open quote on a schedule and stops the moment the customer replies.
- Date DeskAnswers enquiries on your website at any hour, captures the details and drafts the reply.
- Pipeline EngineFinds suitable local businesses from public records and drafts a personal first email for you to approve.
Office and paperwork
- Lettings DeskSorts repair reports, sends emergencies straight to a person and keeps a dated record per property.
- Records ChaserChases clients for only the documents still missing, and shows who is holding up which deadline.
Not listed? Tell me what you repeat every week. If an automation would not pay for itself, I will say so.
02 · How it works
The AI drafts. You decide.
Every automation follows the same four steps, so there is nothing new to learn after the first one.
- 1
Something comes in
An enquiry, a quote going quiet, a job finished, a service falling due.
- 2
The AI does the first draft
Written from your own price list, templates and records. Checks stop it inventing prices or promises.
- 3
You approve it
Read it, edit it or bin it. Nothing goes to a customer until a person says yes.
- 4
It is sent and recorded
From your own mailbox, logged in your own spreadsheet, with the next follow-up scheduled.
03 · Your data
Your information stays in your own account.
Your customers, quotes and emails live in your own Microsoft 365, in a spreadsheet and mailbox you already control. My system keeps only what it needs to run: settings, counts and an audit log.
- No passwords handed over. You grant access through Microsoft's own sign-in, and can remove it at any time.
- Access is limited to one SharePoint site and the mailbox the automation works in, not your whole company drive.
- Conversation text is processed in memory and not stored by me.
- Every action is written to an audit log you can ask to see.
04 · Getting started
From a chat to running, in four steps.
I do the setup. You give me an hour of your time and access to the account it will work in.
- You are here
A 20-minute chat
Where does the repetitive work sit, and what is it costing you?
I map your process
How quotes, enquiries or jobs move through your business today.
Set up and tested
Fitted to your templates and prices, and tested on your own data before anything is live.
Live, and looked after
I monitor it, adjust it and handle changes. You have one person to call.
05 · Pricing
One setup. One monthly fee.
For one automation, fully managed. Scope and terms are agreed in writing before anything starts. Larger or bespoke work is quoted separately.

06 · Common questions
Straight answers.
Do I need new software?
No. It works inside the Microsoft 365 you already use: your own spreadsheet and your own mailbox. Google Workspace is available on request.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It only ever writes drafts. Built-in checks block invented prices and figures, and a person in your business approves every message before it is sent.
Will it replace my staff?
No. It takes the repetitive first draft off their desk so they spend their time on customers and decisions.
What if I want to stop?
Your data is already in your own account, so nothing needs to be handed back. You remove the access and the automation stops.
